Si trova al piano terra di un palazzo che sorge a due passi dalla bellissima Piazza Piemonte, ha due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, entrambe finestrate e dotate di aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzato. La camera principale è provvista di bagno en suite con doccia dalle dimensioni generose, ha un angolo TV, armadiature per riporre il guardaroba e una porta a scrigno che la separa dalla seconda camera e dal secondo bagno. In questa seconda stanza di ampio respiro si trovano due letti inseriti in una moderna struttura di legno alta quasi fino al soffitto, con ante e cassetti per riporre tutto ciò che si vuole e due scrivanie comode e spaziose. Entrambe le camere hanno finestre dotate di cancelletti. Infine la zona living è composta da un angolo tv con divano in tessuto di grandi dimensioni e una cucina a vista lineare, moderna, dai colori tenui che contribuiscono a donare maggiore luminosità a tutta la stanza. La particolarità che crea un'atmosfera del tutto inaspettata ma piacevole è la presenza di un elemento green al centro della stanza tra i due tavoli da pranzo: la pianta del luppolo, che dà alla casa un design strepitoso, un'atmosfera gradevolissima... il soggiorno in questa casa non ammette indugi. / This house is a feast for the eyes and for the heart of those who stay there! Its fresh and modern look has a universal taste and gives a feeling of absolute familiarity and welcome. It is located on the ground floor of a building that stands a stone's throw from the beautiful Piazza Piemonte, has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, both with windows and equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a generously sized shower, a TV corner, wardrobe storage and a casket door that separates it from the second bedroom and second bathroom. In this second large room there are two beds inserted in a modern wooden structure almost up to the ceiling, with doors and drawers to store everything you want and two comfortable and spacious desks. Both bedrooms have windows with gates. Finally, the living area consists of a TV corner with a large fabric sofa and a linear, modern open kitchen with soft colors that help to give more brightness to the whole room. The peculiarity that creates a completely unexpected but pleasant atmosphere is the presence of a green element in the center of the room between the two dining tables: the hop plant, which gives the house an amazing design, a very pleasant atmosphere... the stay in this house does not allow for delays.
